All Homeowners are encouraged to attend the HOA annual meeting where we review budget, discuss initiatives and vote on community-wide amendments. Please mark your calendar for October 19, 2023 at the clubhouse, we will also offer a zoom call for those unablet o attend in person.

The pool will close for the season on Monday October, 2 and begin a winter season maintenance schedule. The pool deck will recieve a cleaning and any items left in the closet will be disposed of at this time.

Have you thought about renting your home for next year’s US Open? Co-owner of Life Realty & Moore, Belinda Tucker has offered to go over all the details, rules and options of how to list your property for the USGA foundation. Bookings will begin in August, so this Info Session and Q&A will be held at the Clubhouse next Wednesday, July 12 at 5:30 p.m. and is open to all homeowners.

BYOD is just as it sounds: bring your own dish/container. We designed this class based off numerous requests from clients who wanted a class with a dish that fit their decor. Attendees will be provided all materials to build a beautiful succulent garden for their home using the dish they bring.
