  • • Homeowners are the only occupants allowed to reserve the space. A homeowner must be present during the reservation period (i.e. you cannot reserve the space for friends).

    • The space must be cleaned upon completion of reservation. All trash indoor and outdoor (including bathroom trash) must be removed or put in receptacles for pick up.

    • Furniture (indoor or outdoor) must be put back to its original arrangement.

    • All personal belongings (including items in the refrigerator) must be removed otherwise it will be disposed of by the HOA.

    • All lights and TV must be turned off.

    • All doors MUST be locked.

    • Any incidental damages or needs of repair must be reported to the HOA with a 24 hour period.

    The clubhouse extends to the common areas surrounding the building, to include the park and grass between.

    • All trash must be removed from the common areas.

    • All games must be removed from the lawn, courtyard and pool.

    • All gates must be closed.

    In the event of clear negligence to the rules or damage sustained during or following an event a discretionary fee determined by the board will be assessed to the resident.

  • The Cottages on May pool rules and regulations keep the pool a safe and enjoyable amenity for all homeowners, residents, and guests. Please be courteous to others.

    1. Pool Hours: 8am – Dusk. No swimming or use of the facilities after 10pm.

    2. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

    3. Shower before entering the pool.

    4. No swimming during inclement weather, including thunder and lightning.

    5. Vacate at the first sound of thunder through 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder.

    6. No children under the age of 16, without a parent or guardian.

    7. Strollers must have locking wheels and placed off the pool deck.

    8. Potty training children must wear swim diapers.

    9. Residents must accompany guests.

    10. Guest limit is four (4) per household. HOA may approve exceptions (see #11).

    11. Receive HOA approval for events with greater than ten (10) participants.

    12. No running on the pool deck.

    13. No diving.

    14. No pets inside the gate. ADA service dogs are permitted.

    15. No glass containers inside the gate.

    16. No smoking inside the gate.

    17. No loud or obscene music. Music must not interfere with the enjoyment of others.

    18. No bicycles, scooters, or wheeled toys inside the gate.

    19. Do not store pool toys and personal belongings at the pool.

    20. Umbrellas are stored in the closet and should be returned after each use.

    21. Place trash in the appropriate receptacles.

    22. Pool equipment and chemicals for use by pool personnel only.

    23. Report incidents, injuries, and maintenance issues to the HOA.

    24. The community and HOA are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

HOA dues and billing is currently managed by Capital Commercial.

FEE STRUCTURE:

When monthly payments are overdue by 10 days, an additional $45 fee will be assessed.  This fee will be assigned each month that a homeowner is delinquent. Please click the button below to create and/or access an account to process payments.
